In short
This site is a showcase. It has no forms, no member area and no comments: we never ask you for data, and the site stores nothing you might have typed. Only three processing activities concern you: two technical cookies, the typeface served by Adobe, and audience measurement, the last of these only if you accept it.

What this site does not do
To remove any ambiguity:
- there is no contact form: to write to us, you use your own email software;
- there is no account creation, no personal area, no password;
- there are no comments and no publishing features;
- there is no online selling and no payment;
- we carry out no profiling, no automated decision-making and no sale of data.

These two cookies are necessary for the site to work and for your choice to be honoured: they cannot be disabled from the banner.
Audience measurement, subject to your agreement
If you accept in the banner, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, referrer, device type. Those tools then set their own cookies.
Until you have accepted, they are not loaded and set nothing. Google’s consent mechanism (Consent Mode) is enabled: your refusal is passed on to the tools, not only to the banner. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the banner from the icon at the bottom of the page.
Third-party services called by the site
Displaying a page means loading resources hosted elsewhere. Those services then receive your IP address and technical information about your browser. This is inherent to any request made over the internet.

The site’s other typefaces are hosted on our own servers, precisely to avoid unnecessary calls to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Adobe and Google belong to groups established in the United States. The technical data transmitted (IP address, browser information) may be processed there. These transfers rely on the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR: the EU–United States adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses.
If you write to us
The address info@touch-agency.net opens your email software: the message does not pass through this website. We then process your email in order to reply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and we keep it for the duration of the relationship and of our accounting and legal obligations.
Server logs
Our host automatically records technical access data (IP address, date, page requested, browser type). These logs are used solely for the security and proper operation of the site, and are kept for a limited period.
Data from the previous version of the site
The previous website had a contact form whose submissions were copied into a database. Those records (names, email addresses, IP addresses) were no longer accessible and no longer served any purpose. They were deleted in September 2026.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@touch-agency.net. We reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (contact@apd-gba.be).
